Merge the build system to trunk: ct-ng is now installable:
- ./configure --prefix=/some/place
- make
- make install
- export PATH="${PATH}:/some/place/bin"
- ct-ng <action>

yann@1	1	This is NOT the official version of dialog. This version has been
yann@1	2	significantly modified from the original. It is for use by the Linux
yann@1	3	kernel configuration script. Please do not bother Savio Lam with
yann@1	4	questions about this program.
