cc/gcc: add option to use system zlib

In some cases, it might be desirable to use the system zlib

Eg. because latest gcc seem to be totally borked when it comes
to multilib, and tries to build a multilib host zlib, when it
is *absolutely* *not* needed: we want mulitlib on the target,
not on the host! Sigh... :-(

7 Attached is a patch to add __attribute__ ((noinline)) to
     8 call_gmon_start.
     9
10 Without this patch, the sec script that processed initfini.s removes a
11 part of inlined call_gmon_start, causing undefined label errors.
    12
13 This patch solves the problem by forcing gcc not to inline
    14 call_gmon_start with __attribute__ ((noinline)).
    15
16 Tested by building for arm-none-lixux-gnueabi. OK to apply?
