scripts/xldd: use user's sed and grep

xldd uses sed and grep as detected by ./configure. This works well if is
used on the machine that build the toolchain.

But if the user moves the toolchain to another machine where sed and grep
are not in the same directory (eg. /bin/sed vs. /usr/bin/sed), then xldd
will stop functionning.

Fix that by using ${SED} and ${GREP} if they are set in the environment.

3 I tried to use crosstool-ng to generate a toolchain for Linux on big
4 endian arm with recent versions of gcc, glibc, etc... but had a few
     5 problems.
     6
7 It appears that the gcc patch (for gcc 4.2.x)
8 for big-endian arm (240-arm-bigendian.patch) lacks the change attached
9 to this mail as 240-arm-bigendian2.patch.
