kernel/linux: symlink custom kernel source dir with '-f'

build fails to symlink to custom kernel dir when the build is not the first time
because of 'ln -s' without '-f' option.

     3 Disable at least mcpu32, m68010 and m68020. These processors certainly

     4 do not like unaligned accesses.
