crosstool-ng: patches/gcc/4.2.2/190-c99-complex-ugly-hack.patch@fe3e5a3331b6

Rework the kconfig stuff
- better handle config file generation dependencies
- get rid of CT_TOP_DIR where useless
- rearrange code to be cleaner, and add adequate '#----' comments to split the different parts
- a few eye-candy here and there
